DoctrineGuard captures the information you submit through website and generator forms, including name, email, church name, role, page source, stage, and referral context when available.

Policy generator data

The policy generator may use submitted church context to create a draft policy for leadership review. Do not submit confidential member information, counseling details, private prayer requests, financial data, children's information, or sensitive staff matters.

Beta review content

Future beta review workflows may involve sermon excerpts, small group material, church emails, or AI-generated ministry drafts. Content submitted during beta should be treated as ministry-sensitive and shared only with appropriate permission.
